WBC Women's Ministry
Women's ministry is a place where women can engage with God while uplifting and encouraging one another in their faith, families and in life. Women's ministries provide women with an opportunity to study God's word, serve others, and give and receive biblically sound support from one another and the church as a whole. Our purpose is to meet the needs of women in Weed Berean Church, encourage them to grow in their faith and server God, their families, their church and their community. (Ephesians 2:10)
REAL Women Bible Studies
This ministry promotes spiritual and personal growth through meaningful relationships and the study of God's Word. We offer Spring and Fall studies with classes in the morning and evening.
Women's Ministry Events
This ministry coordinates 3-4 special events per year. For 2023 our special events included "Hello, Who are We Tea," and a "Flower Planting Party. Along with a Ladies Art Retreat in September.
Gospel on the Ground Study
A new seven week Women's Bible Study on the grit glory of the early church as described in the Book of Acts.
Cards Ministry
The Women's Card Ministry sends cards to those suffering illness, loss or in need of encouragement.
Meals Ministry
The Women's Meal Ministry provides meals for our church family in times of need. Such as a birth or during serious illness.
Decorations Ministry
Following the guidelines set forth by the church leadership, this ministry is responsible for the seasonal decoration of the church and church campus.
Prayer Ministry
This ministry organizes and manages the prayer chain of Weed Berean Church. Our prayer chain consist men and women committed to prayer.
Church Socials
This ministry coordinates the social events for Weed Berean Church. Including the Annual Business Meeting, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Women's ministry s to meet the needs of the women at WBC, helping them to grow in their faith and to serve God and their family.
